Peanut, Peanut Butter.. and EVERYTHING!
Friends, I have been in Peanut Butter or BUST mode lately. It has made an appearance in some way, shape, or form in just about every one of my meals lately. I am not complaining. Because peanut butter is just plain GOOD!
Before I get started, I thought I would mention that PB always tastes good on bread. Do you want some free bread.. that perhaps you can lather in Peanut Butter? Well, then you should probably enter my MANNA BREAD GIVEAWAY that ends tomorrow. (Just saying, FREE BREAD!)
For breakfast, I enjoyed the usual .. OATS. Since it is getting a little chilly, I have been inclined to eat more hot oats.
Here we have some Vanilla Latte Oats. The good folks at Fit Frappe sent me a big old JUG of Vanilla Latte Fit Frappe to play around with. I am surely going to get busy in the kitchen and try to make some delicious baked goods – so send some suggestions my way!
Of course, no bowl of oats would be complete without a lovely dollop of PB!
Lunch… well.. is getting warmer too! I took my usual combo of Ezekiel, Apple Slices, Turkey, and Mustard.. added some shredded mozz… and pressed it on my George Foreman.
This yummy sandwich was accompanied by some cottage cheese with some Peanut Butter. Actually.. it appears as if it was accompanied by some PEANUT BUTTER with a little cottage cheese. Woops. I mean.. I would have been going back for spoonfuls.. so I just put it all out at once
Dinner.. sadly, didn’t include peanut butter. But that doesn’t mean it wasn’t delicious! (Sorry for the horrendous picture quality. Blame it on the d-d-d-d-d-darkness…)
Spaghetti Squash with chicken, veggies, and marinara sauce. I was first introduced to Spaghetti Squash on Tessa’s blog.. and thank her greatly for making this delicious stuff known to Cait.
Desserts can always include peanut butter. So how about some Strawberry Frozen Yogurt.. with an ample amount of peanut butter on top!
Okay! Sounds good to me. Let me tell you – Fro-Yo with PB is awesome because the PB get super cold and semi hard. And it is just SCRUM-DITTLY-UMPTIOS!
Clearly much more food was consumed in a day. I want to make clear that my WIAW posts never include all of the foods that I eat EVER. Just wanted to mention that…
